Dakoli.com ships both domestically and internationally. We work with trusted carriers to ensure that orders reach customers worldwide. However, there may be some regions or countries where shipping is restricted due to logistical or regulatory reasons.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can select this option at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping are 2-5 business days domestically and 7-12 business days internationally.

  • Same-Day Shipping (if applicable): Available for select locations. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time to qualify.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or customs clearance delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within US.

  • International Shipping: Costs vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to our support team at hi@dakoli.com or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. Dakoli.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. International Shipping Considerations

For international orders, customs clearance procedures may result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If incorrect information is provided, please contact us immediately at hi@dakoli.com. If the package has already been shipped, Dakoli.com cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages or additional shipping costs for reshipment.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the item is determined to be lost or irreparably damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
